Wade S. Goldt Joins Helient™ as Director of Technical Operations

February 20, 2018, Philadelphia, PA – Helient Systems is pleased to announce that Wade S. Goldt has joined the company as Director of Technical Operations.

The former Director of Information Technology at Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell, LLP for 12 years, Wade provided strategy, vision, management and design of all technology employed by the firm. Before joining Morris Nichols, Wade served six years as Technology Operations Manager for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he was responsible for management of the firm’s telecommunications, messaging and document storage infrastructures.

Wade is a veteran of the United States Military serving as a Naval Communications Technician on the USS Kearsarge where he held a top-secret security clearance and earned technical degrees in basic communications, data processing, digital communications and advanced communications. In addition to his military education, Wade earned a BA in Information Technology.
