Key Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and grow our presence in the legal and other security conscious sectors, focusing on the Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate Helient's innovative solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions, with a focus on the legal industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
