Helient Prepares Organization For Next Phase of Growth
January 2023, Philadelphia, PA – Helient Systems LLC (Helient) announces organizational changes to prepare the company for the next phase of growth.
Helient has grown organically since inception serving Am 100 & 200 Law Firms. Founded by Steve Hatch and James Engelhard in 2012, Helient was designed to bring together top talent and experience to serve specific needs in legal technology. Will Fulmer joined as the third owner the following year to form the team that would lead Helient for the next 10 years.
Steve Hatch commented: “As we reflected upon our journey and the transformation of Legal technology, the owners realized what founded a great organization and brought us to today is not everything we need for future growth. A broader, more diverse, and scalable leadership team will best position Helient to achieve its growth potential. We also wanted to recognize the people who helped Helient form and grow into the organization it is today.”
Steve Hatch, James Engelhard and Will Fulmer remain owners of the company and will adopt the title Principal. Steve Hatch remains the Managing Member of the LLC.
After five years leading the delivery organization and managing the team at Helient, Wade Goldt is being promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Since joining Helient in 2021 to lead growth into the Microsoft Cloud, Chris Hines is being promoted to Chief Revenue Officer and will be focused all aspects of growth for the future.
To support our evolution additional key roles are being refocused. Jared Barraford is being promoted to Managing Director, Enterprise Architecture to oversee all aspects of technical architecture delivered by the company. Armen Gharibian is being promoted to Managing Director, HeliX®, to support the continued rapid growth of Helient’s Desktop-as-a-Service solution. Robinson Roca is being promoted to Managing Director, Network Infrastructure & Managed Services, taking on the leadership role for Managed Services in addition to his Network Infrastructure responsibilities.
In addition, the following members of the team remain in the same role and complete Helient’s leadership team: Jared Hamilton (Managing Director, System Engineering), Jody Stein (Managing Director, Project Management Office) and Bill Anstock (Director of Sales).
